Service Description

This is for you who is pregnant or haven been given childbirth and wants to feel stronger and better about yourself in your own pace. I recommend you feel secure to do fitness exercises on your own and have a strong motivating skill towards yourself as in "You Go" you have the luxury of managing when to do your three weekly workouts. INCLUDING When you choose “You Go” you will receive - 45 minutes online start session. - 12 weeks customised training program. - 30 minutes follow up session online - 30 minutes evaluation session online DETAILS You will begin with a 45 minute intro session online, where you will set your goal and I will based on that goal create a 12 week safe and secure training program structured over three workouts per week. After first week of working out you will have the option of an online 30 minute follow up session to ask all the questions you might have about the exercises or to adjust a little in the program. Within the last three weeks of your program you will have the option of another 30 minute online evaluation session, where we talk about the progress and if we need to adjust a little in order to reach the goal.
 The customised training program is given for all 12 weeks up front.
