Service Description

This is for you who like to keep your self going, to lower the risk of pain during pregnancy, prepare your self for delivery and make a quicker recovery after childbirth.
 When you choose “You Own It” you will have get 24 weeks training and coaching sessions, which you have the option of splitting into eg 12 weeks during pregnancy and 12 weeks after childbirth.
 (starting earliest 6weeks post or by your Dr. approval). INCLUDING
 When you choose “You Own It” you will over 24 weeks receive - 90 minute intro session online - 2*12 weeks customised training program (possibility to make 12 weeks pre-pregnancy and 12 weeks post-pregnancy) - Focus on changing two habits and learn how to stick to them - Learn basic nutrition skills - 1 Training elastic band - 10*30minute online sessions (app. once every second week) - 1*30minute online evaluation session (within the last three weeks of the progression) - Lots of cheering, motivation and effective tips and tricks to reach your goal. - Having the option of writing me between your sessions and ask all the questions you might have. - I will share videos or article to increase your knowledge about changing habits, protein rich recipes, breathing exercises and contraction exercises of the pelvic floor according to your goal. - The option of making body measurements - The option of training with me DETAILS
 You will begin with one online session of 90 minutes, where I will get at better understanding of you and your everyday life. I can based on that information share the right videos and articles and recipes with you during the 24 weeks. 
In this session you will also be setting your goals and I will based on those goals create a safe and secure training program structured over three workouts per week. I am sure you will be able to find time for those workouts - and they will make you fell stronger and better. During the 24 weeks you will have 10*30 minutes online follow up sessions where you can ask all those questions you might have, receive basic nutrition skills and ideas of how to change habits, get lots of motivation, tips and tricks and make body measurements.

 Within the last three weeks of your program you will have a 30 minute evaluation session online, where we are able to adjust the workout a little, look how close you are to receiving your goal and if we need to do further so you feel the strongest and best version of yourself.
